Following are a few examples of the many individually designed kitchens we have made:
1. The Manor house 'dairy' kitchen
Our kitchen shown in the photos replaced wall-to-wall melamine
fitted units in what was the dairy in this old Warwickshire manor
house. Everything you see was designed and built by us - none
of the brickwork or floor is original.

2. The 'Gentleman's Residence' kitchen (with a pantry, AGA and dogs in mind)
Originally a modern kitchen in an old house. Everything you
see has been designed, built and installed by us. |
|
|
| Briefly, we stripped out the old kitchen,
blocked up a doorway and window, and built the AGA inglenook. We
then built the brick pantry, incorporating the "bread oven" dog food cupboards. We
laid the terracotta floor through the kitchen, pantry, hall and
cloakroom (making a raised heated area for the owners two dogs), repaired and installed the leaded doors, designed, made
and installed the braced pantry and kitchen doors, and faced a
mahogany kitchen door with pine. Finally we built and fitted the
kitchen furniture, fitting blue pearl granite work surfaces
throughout. |

3. An Old Style Kitchen in a new Extension
A brick inglenook to house the Leisure Rangemaster, with a 200 year old oak beam, old reclaimed bricks with a herringbone back,
and baltic brown granite.

4. A kitchen area within a large room
This kitchen replaced units that were spread out along the walls
with work surfaces interrupted by the doorways, very impractical.
This new kitchen, in our old "rustic" pine, is "folded" into a more
practical area by use of peninsulas, giving distinct areas of
kitchen and dining without reducing the area of work surface
(granite), or crossing the doorways. Believe it or not, within this
kitchen area is a dishwasher, tumble drier, washing machine, fridge and microwave,
non of which are on show. An oven and hob can be seen. |

5. Better use of an oversized study - extend the kitchen into it
This Victorian house had a small kitchen and a underused study.
The kitchen was extended into part of the study to form the cooking area.
Modern appliances go well with old pine kitchen furniture, granite
worktops and handmade wall tiles. |
